Beef and Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients:
1/3 c. Italian dressing 1 t. Worcestershire sauce 6 c. mixed salad greens (torn into bite-size pieces) 8 oz. cooked roast beef (cubed) 1 c. cherry tomatoes cut in half ½ c. crumbled blue cheese ¼ c. sliced green onions
Instructions:
Make Zesty Italian Dressing by combining 1/3 c. Italian dressing and 1 t. Worcestershire sauce. Divide salad greens among 4 plates and top with remaining ingredients. Serve with dressing. Notes: Turkey or chicken could be substituted for beef. Bread sticks or rye bread goes well with. Per serving: 260 calories (calories from fat 145), Fat 16g (saturated 5 g), Cholesterol 65 mg; Sodium 490 mg; Carbohydrate 8g (Dietary fiber 3 G) Protein 24 g. %Daily Value: Vitamin A 62%, Vitamin C 42%, Calcium 16% and Iron 18%.
