Hamburgers Mundy Style
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground chuck 1 teaspoon grill seasoning 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1 large garlic clove, minced ¼ cup water
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients and form into eight patties. Flatten more than you think you want them as they tend to swell when broiled. Broil for 6 minutes, turn and broil for an additional 5 minutes. Can put Swiss or American cheese on for last 30 seconds.

-- Linus and I made on a snow Saturday in January, 2002. Turned into bacon Swiss mushroom burgers by making mushroom sauce. Also broiled buns and served with Linus’ home made French fries. Just realized we had an international supper – Swiss, French and American (burgers). We were too hungry to take the time to make a salad, but would have had Italian dressing on it. Also made a blackberry cobbler which turned out pretty good , too.
