: Barb Klein was the secretary for Lisa Popham, Assistant Principal at Memorial High School in Evansville
Ingredients:
3 lbs smoked ham, boiled and ground 1 lb. Velveeta 1- 8 oz can tomato sauce 1 tsp. vinegar 2 Tbs. Minute Tapioca 2 Tbs. ketchup 1 Tbs. prepared mustard 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions:
Cook together the tomato sauce, vinegar, tapioca, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce until mixture is boiling. Add the Velveeta to this mixture and let melt. (do not cook). Pour over ground ham and stir until all mixed. Chill. Great on sandwiches, crackers, etc. I usually freeze some of this (about 2/3). I like it as a grilled sandwich also.
