Orange Roughy

Source: from package purchased at Kroger, Cincinnati, OH in the early 1980’s. “Distributed by Kluener”

Ingredients:

1 lb Roughy 1T Lemon juice 1/8 t Paprika ½ t Garlic Powder 1/8 t Dill Weed 2 slices of bread (crumbed) 2 T butter

Instructions:

Place fish in greased, shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, dill weed, and salt & pepper to taste. Cover with breadcrumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes. Microwave according to instruction book that came with appliance.
