Ro*tel & Velveeta Cheese Dip

Source: Sisleys brought this as a snack over Christmas holidays, 2001 for one of our fun Trivial Pursuit nights.

Ingredients:

2 lb. box of Velveeta or other pasteurized process cheese - cubed 2 10 oz. cans Ro*tel Diced tomatoes & Green Chilies Original, Milder, or Extra Hot 1 lb. hot sausage or ground beef - browned

Instructions:

Combine ingredients in a saucepan; stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Or, place ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover; microwave on high until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes, stirring once. Makes 16 servings. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or vegetables.
