Favorite Potato Salad

Ingredients

4 cups (2 lb.) cubed peeled cooked potatoes (I use red or new potatoes)
1 cup sliced celery
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
½ cup sliced radishes
¼ cup sliced green onions
1-teaspoon salt (omit and add as eat)
? teaspoon pepper
1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared mustard (I use Dijon) Lettuce, if desired

Instructions

In large bowl, combine potatoes, celery, eggs, radishes onions salt and pepper; toss lightly.  In small bowl, combine salad dressing and mustard; blend well.  Add to potato mixture; mix lightly.  Cover, refrigerate to blend flavors.  Serve in lettuce-lined bowl.  12 (1/2 cup) servings.
