Izel''s Plum CAKE

Ingredients

3 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 small jars baby food plums with tapioca (we used plums with apple)
2 t red food coloring 
2 cups flour (unsifted)
½ t salt
½ t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
1 t cloves
1 cup chopped pecans

Glaze:

? cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 ½ T lemon juice
1 t red food coloring

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together (except for glaze).  Bake in well greased and floured Bundt pan.  Bake for 1 hour at 325°.  Boil together ingredients for the glaze.  Let cool.  Remove cake from pan immediately and cover with the cooled glaze.

Xmas debut

First made and served on Christmas day, 2003 ? 5 Mundys, Mary, Andrew Ayer and Maria Weber. A hit with all.
