Salmon Loaf

Ingredients

½ cup milk
1 ½  cup soft breadcrumbs
4 T melted butter
2 1-lb. can salmon, skinned and boned
4 eggs separated
Juice of 1 lemon (3 T.)
¼ t pepper
2 t. minced parsley or cilantro
1 t. onion juice

Instructions

Heat milk; stir in bread crumbs to make a paste.  Add butter.  Add mixture to salmon with egg yolks and seasonings.  Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.  Put into a well-greased bread pan; bake at 375º for  40 minutes.
