Beef and Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients

1/3 c. Italian dressing
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
6 c. mixed salad greens (torn into bite-size pieces)
8 oz. cooked roast beef (cubed)
1 c. cherry tomatoes cut in half 
½ c. crumbled blue cheese
¼ c. sliced green onions

Instructions

Make Zesty Italian Dressing by combining 1/3 c. Italian dressing and 1 t. Worcestershire sauce.

Divide salad greens among 4 plates and top with remaining ingredients.  Serve with dressing.

Notes:  Turkey or chicken could be substituted for beef.  Bread sticks or rye bread goes well with.
