1 pint fresh mushrooms 3 Tablespoons butter 1 Tablespoon flour ¾ cup light cream
Slice mushrooms through cap and stem. Melt butter in skillet; add mushrooms. Sprinkle flour over mushrooms; toss to coat. Cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender and lightly brown, stirring occasionally. Add soy sauce; slowly stir in cream. Cook and stir until moisture bubbles and thickens.
